● A basket of 50 Michael Jordan Nike Promo Rookie Cards from 1985, all SGC graded. The basket contains 3 SGC “100” Gold Pristine’s, 16 SGC “Gem Mint” 10’s and 31 SGC 9.5’s “Mint Plus”.
● Relevant comps are as follows: A single SGC Gold sold for $48,000 at Heritage Auctions in March 2021. A SGC 9.5 Mint Plus sold on December 23rd at auction for $3,200 setting an all time record for the card. On the same night, an SGC 10 “Gem Mint” sold for $6,988.
●Nike released one of the first Michael Jordan cards period to showcase the original Jordan 1 sneakers. The card is part of a six-card promo set that also features some other Nike athletes at the time, including John McEnroe and Dwight Gooden.
●Many collectors consider this to be the true Michael Jordan Rookie Card since it dates to 1984/85. It is considered one of the first card collectibles to feature Jordan as an NBA player, and is the first Nike Air Jordan endorsed item to come to market.

● An all-time record for a 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan #57 was recently set in August 2020, when an SGC Gold Pristine “100” sold for $420,000, including the buyers premium. This represented nearly a 400% premium over the PSA 10 price at the time.
